Professional Executive
Responsibilities:
A professional executive is fully responsible for the Zhenhan Refrigeration and Warm Company's team building, employee training and coaching, and helping to create a highly motivated, efficient and communicative team. The specific responsibilities are as follows:
1. Recruitment – build a great team
2. Education – employee training and coaching
3. Management – employess performance management
Qualifications:
1. Male or female, 28 years old or above; with a Bechelor's degree or above; 5 years' working experience or above (at least two years' management experience); fluent spoken English. (Business administrator or operator is a plus).
2. Highly responsible, can work under pressure, highly motivated, honest and royal, friendly and easygoing. Mentally mature and healthy, sedate.
3. Healthy, prepared to travel as required; good ability to verbal clear expression.
International Trade Sales
1. Fluent spoken English; female is a plus;
2. Diploma above, two years’ relative working experience;
3. Profiency in office software;
4. Outstanding communicative ability, highly responsible and royal to the company;
5. Outgoing, highly self-motivated;
6. Clear verbal expression, good personal appearance;
7. Honest, hard-working and tolerant of hardship
